To appear and act on my behalf before any court of law (civil, revenue or criminal), including engaging counsel, filing suits, and compromising or withdrawing the same, in respect of the above property/matter.

Generally to do all other acts, deeds and things which may be necessary or incidental to the powers granted above, as fully and effectually as I could do if personally present.

AND I, the Principal, do hereby agree to ratify and confirm all acts, deeds and things lawfully done by my said Attorney under the authority of this Power of Attorney.
